Résumé

Sur une étude de 14 cas de kystes épithéliaux non odontogènes (ENO) traitées dans le service de chirurgie buccale du CHU de Fann au cours d'une période de 7 ans, il ressort que :

  • les kystes (ENO) des maxillaires représentent 12.06 % des kystes traites dans le service,
  • le kyste fissuraire latéral est la variété clinique la plus fréquente,
  • le diagnostic de ces kystes repose sur les signes cliniques, surtout des examens complémentaires et en particulier des tests de vitalité dentaire,
  • le traitement de ces kystes est la cure chirurgicale radicale.

Abstract
Diagnosis and treatment of non odontogenic epithelial cysts

Non odontogenic epithelial cyst, again called fissurary cyst, are dysembryophasic cyst of maxillary, they are born throughout the sutures line of faces. Their diagnosis is raising again association of clinic symptom, especially complementary examination and in particular dental vitality test.
Their treatment is surgical.
Around 14 cysts fissurary have been recorded in a seven-year period.
