Il s'agit d'une étude exhaustive d'observation et de prévalence portant sur une population de 268 enfants scolarisés en cours d'initiation (CI) des écoles primaires publiques dépendant du centre de santé Nabil Choucair. 82 % de ces enfants sont porteurs de caries avec un CAO moyen de 3,94. Nos résultats suggèrent la nécessité d'une intervention préventive en vue d'atteindre les objectifs de «santé pour tous en l'an 2000» en matière de santé buccodentaire au Sénégal.
It is a holy study of observation and prevalence concerning a population of 268 pupils in first degree of the primary schools depending on the health center Nabil Choucair. 82 % of these pupils have dental decay with DMFT egals 3,94. Our results suggest needs of preventive intervention on the intention to reach the objectives health for all by 2000 relatively to dental health in Senegal.
