Résumé

Cet article rapporte le cas d'une patiente âgée de 20 ans, porteur d'un syndrome de Binder. Elle présentait une absence totale du prémaxillaire, des os nasaux et du septum internasal mais sans anomalies cardiaques associées ni retard mental ou d'autres dysmorphoses squelettiques. Sa principale plainte était liée à l'agénésie de ces incisives. Les problèmes liés à l'agénésie des incisives et l'absence du prémaxillaire ont été solutionnés par la mise en place d'une prothèse maxillo-faciale.

Abstract
Binder’s maxillo-nasal dysplasia : report of a case

Case report of a 20 year old female patient who presented with Binder’s maxillonasal dysplasia. She presented with completely missing premaxilla, nasal bone and septum, there was however no associated cardiac abnormalities, mental retardation or other skeletal deformities. Her principal complaint was the associated missing incisors. The incisors and the premaxilla were satisfactorily replaced with a removable maxillofacial prosthesis.
