Résumé

Depuis un certain nombre d'années, on constate une évolution des traitements en parodontologie. En effet, on s'oriente de plus en plus vers des protocoles non chirurgicaux dans la prise en charge des parodontopathies ; la chirurgie n'intervenant alors qu'en deuxième intention si nécessaire.
L'objectif de cette étude est d'établir une comparaison entre ces deux types de procédures, comparaison qui s'établira selon divers critères cliniques objectifs et quantifiables, afin de permettre au praticien de déterminer, selon le cas, l'indication thérapeutique la plus appropriée.

Abstract

Actually, there's an evolution of the periodontal treatment. Non surgical therapy is the main way of treatment today. Surgery takes place generally after non surgical therapy and reevaluation.
The aim of this work is to compare these two treatments in relation with clinical parameters, to indicate the best therapy for the patient.
