Les étudiants bénéficiaires du Centre des Oeuvres Universitaires du COUD ne semblent pas s'impliquer dans la gestion de leur propre état de santé malgré leur participation financière dans la prestation de certains services. L'objectif de l'étude est d'évaluer la participation des étudiants à la gestion de leur propre état de santé. Les résultats établis à partir de documents et archives, des informations de personnes responsables au COUD et des opinions des étudiants ont montré une contribution financière à hauteur de 8 du budget du service médical du COUD. Les étudiants souhaitent participer activement à la gestion du service médical alors que les responsables du COUD ont une opinion contraire.
Pour une efficacité dans la gestion de la santé, les étudiants doivent nécessairement s'impliquer.
The students of Centre des Oeuvres Universitaires de Dakar (COUD) do not seem to participate to the management of their own health status in spite of their financial participation in some services. The aim of this study is to evaluate the students's participation in their own health status. The results obtained from documents and archives, COUD' S respon-sible and student's opinion have shown a financial participation of 8 % from the COUD medical service budget. The students wish to participation actively to the management of the medical service while COUD's responsible have opposite opinion.
For an efficiency management of their own health status, students must necessary participate.
