Il s'agit de la conservation après traitement endodontique, d'une incisive centrale maxillaire présentant une fracture radiculaire horizontale, sans communication avec la cavité buccale, par transfixion. Le contrôle post-thérapeutique à 6 mois a montré la formation d'un cal cicatriciel.
It’s about the conservation of a central maxillar incisive, presenting an horizontal radicular fracture, without communication with the intra-oral cavity and after endodontic treatment and fasten down. The post-therapeutic control after 6 months has shown a cicatricial cal formed.
