Résumé

Cette étude prospective présente et évalue la qualité de la ré-obturation canalaire et de la cicatrisation apicale de 24 cas de retraitements endodontiques, soit 7,76 % des traitements endodontiques effectués à la clinique. Chez les patients, le motif de la consultation est dominé par la douleur (54,17 %) et par le contrôle thérapeutique pré-prothétique (40,90 %). 75 % des cas ont été traités en une séance d'une durée moyenne de 45 minutes. L'obturation canalaire est améliorée dans 91,65 % des cas, avec la limite apicale de sécurité respectée à 88,13 % et une cicatrisation apicale à 9 mois de 94,11 %.

Abstract

This study shows and evaluates the quality of the new root canal filling and per apical healing about 24 cases of endodontic retreatments, equivalent of 7,76 % of endodontic treatments done at the clinic. The consultation purpose is marqued by the pain (54,17 %) and the pre-prosthetic control (40,90 %) on these patients. 75 % of teeth were treated in a single session attempt to 45 minutes. The root canal filling is performed in 91,65 % of cases, with the security apical limit reached in 88,13 % and 94,11 % per apical healing toward a short term results.
