Brunner’s gland adenoma is a rare benign tumor of the duodenum whose etiology remains even unknown. We report a new case in a 68-year-old male presenting with severe dyspepsia syndrome, nausea and vomiting. The Brunner’s gland adenoma was sessile, 4cm in size, and located in the bulb of the duodenum detected by the morphological balance and confirmed by the histological examination. The tumor was managed by surgical removal and during a one month follow-up the patient remained symptom-free without any recurrence justifying the surgical indication in a symptomatic adenoma.
